《中国城乡企业卫生》是全国性预防医学类杂志，在中华预防医学会和天津市卫生局的关怀支持下，已走过了21年历程，21年来不断发展。面向全国城乡企业广大的基层卫生医疗工作者和管理者、食品生产经营者，以及普通群众，为基层卫生医疗工作者、管理者提供一个学习新知识和技术交流的平台，为普通群众开辟一个了解防病保健知识的窗口。

《中国城乡企业卫生》稿件的撰写者，由主要是基层医疗卫生监督防病单位（二级及以下医疗卫生单位），扩大至全国三级甲等医疗卫生防病单位的医疗卫生工作者。随着撰稿人群的扩大、知识层次的提升，使杂志的质量水平也不断提高，影响力逐年增强，需求不断增加，近一步促进了本刊由量到质的变化。为满足作者和读者的需要，我们建立了省市级通联站。本刊由48页，经三次报批增页，已增至96页；由小16开（185*260mm）改为大16开（210*297mm）;由一般纸改为优质纸；栏目由10个增至21个。本刊曾获“优秀奖”、“社会效益奖”。
