《能源技术与管理》（双月刊）创刊于2004年，是由江苏省安全生产监督管理局（江苏煤矿安全监察局）主管，江苏省煤炭工业协会、江苏省煤炭学会、中国矿业大学主办的科技期刊。它是一本面向能源工业的综合性科技杂志。
